As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business results. The role requires an ability to work autonomously and ensure confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members
- Handle payroll, scheduling, and staff administration
- Control inventory, supplies, and resources
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality control
- Analyze sales and revenue to optimize business performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team management and leadership (minimum 3 years).
- Experience in hospitality industry (minimum 1 year).
- Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full Australian driver’s license
- Reside in Northern Beaches.
-Knowledge of coffee preparation and food handling standards.
- Previous experience in management positions.
- Experience with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Office.
- Flexible availability, Monday to Friday.
