What will a day in this role look like:
- In conjunction with the Clients & Marketing leadership team, design the annual communications strategy to support the ANZ business strategy, aligning with AECOM’s global communications plan.
- Prioritise support to our ANZ Chief Executive, providing strategic senior communications counsel.
- Lead and develop a small team of internal and external communications specialists to develop, deliver, and assess the impact of all internal and external communications priorities. Position this team as a trusted strategic advisor to the business.
- Partner with regional, business line and support services leaders to align on communication opportunities, including strategic initiatives, organisational changes, firm-wide policies, corporate updates, and crisis management.
- Provide direct communications support to key executives through insights, advice and reporting to drive engagement and maximise business performance.
