This newly created position will spearhead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. As a key member of our marketing team, this role will be crucial in developing high-quality, compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, encompassing the annual marketing campaign calendar, social media storytelling, website development, brand initiatives, and property-specific requests.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including imagery, photography, campaign design, social media, video content, and infographics.
- Identify target audiences and customise content strategies to effectively address their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and projects.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that supports marketing and business objectives.
- Establish workflows and processes for content creation, review, and approval to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice while being optimised for SEO and user experience.
- Coordinate and manage on-property shoots to capture relevant content.
