The Role:
Well Life Services are seeking new Psychologists to join our growing Allied Health Team. You will part of an enthusiastic Allied Health team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service for our clients across a variety of services and client types. We have opportunity for scope within adult or paediatric clients, and the opportunity to direct your caseload towards your interests, within both clinic and community settings. We have clients within private, NDIS, WorkCover and DVA services, so there is lots of opportunity to learn new skills, and we support the opportunity to specialise, or try new areas!
About you:
Have a current full practicing qualification in Psychology, along with a current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to become registered.
Be a self-starter who takes pride in making a contribution to the success of the organization.
Be self-disciplined, able to work autonomously when needed, have strong time management skills and be an effective communicator.
Be a strong team player, working collaboratively and constructively with all team members, clients and stakeholder groups.
Have dedication to exceptional service ethos (with internal and external stakeholders).
Understand how you and your role impacts the success of your clients, Well Life Services, and others within the organisation, including a supportive attitude towards all work colleagues.
Possess a “can do”, friendly attitude.
