seeking a talented Architectural Draftsperson to join our dynamic team in Silverwater, NSW. This is

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Create detailed technical drawings and 2D/3D models using Rhino 6, AutoCAD, V-ray,
Innoplus ( Professional 3D Bathroom Design Software - 3D photorealistic image) and
Photoshop
• Photoshop rendering post-production.
• Innoplus: Professional 3D Bathroom Design Software - 3D photorealistic image
• Works closely with the Technical Design Team and Creative Team to develop designs
meeting design requirements and lifestyle images.
• Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specification
• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all drawings
• Review and revise existing drawings as needed
• Maintain organised project files and documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Prepare plans, preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications
• Interpreting plans, regulations, and codes of practice.
• Preparing, editing, and revising plans, maps, charts and drawings.
Qualifications and Requirement:
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in Architectural Draftsperson.
• At least 2-3 years proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson
• Experience in the architectural drafting field.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
• Strong personal organisation and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, and must be able to work both solo, and in a team environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $73,000 - $75,000 + superannuation
