Full Time Contract Administrator
Salary: $75,000 per year plus superannuation
Superannuation: 11.5% of base salary
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts between the company and clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
2. Design contract templates, edit contracts according to each project's requirement, including service scope, delivery timeline, payment terms, and quality standards.
3. Present final contract to all involved parties for review, approval, and execution.
4. Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.
5. Maintains accurate records of all contracts, change orders, and project-related documents, ensuring that they are properly filed and easily accessible.
6. Communicates and coordinates with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties involved in the construction project comply with the terms and conditions of the contract.
7. Identifies and manages risks related to the projects, including financial, legal, and operational risks.
8. Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
9. Manages change orders and modifications to the contract.
10. Responsible for notifying the other party of potential delays to the projects.
11. Monitors the budget and controls costs related to the contract, ensuring that the projects stay within budget and meets financial targets.
12. Assists in resolving disputes that arise during the projects, including negotiating settlements or escalating issues to legal departments or external lawyers.
13. Ensures that the that the projects comply with all relevant regulations, including building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum Diploma degree in business/law/project management
Minimum 3 years work experience
