Cofinet About the role · Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer and business requirements. · Manage orders and make sure our coffees are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner. ·Track orders and communicate constantly with our customers and service providers to guarantee deliveries on time. ·On-going communication with our warehouse and courier companies. ·Ensure an efficient and effective supply chain is in place. Therefore, looking for better options for transportation and warehousing is a must. This include contacting new freight companies and warehouses. ·Communicate with our procurement team in Colombia to ensure the right level of stock is met. ·Ensure our shipping documents are complete and correct. ·Engage in on going communications with our sales team to ensure demand levels are met. ·Review and approve service providers’ invoices. Ensure that charges are correct as per rate cards. ·Enter and maintain 100% accuracy on ordering and stock data bases. ·Participate in continuous improvement activities and projects for operational efficiency. ·Preparing and Lodgement of Customs and AQIS entries. ·Ensuring that goods are pre-cleared prior to arrival when able. ·Liaising with relevant entities for clearance of goods. ·Performs other duties as required.
