As Director-in-Training/Assistant Director at Explorers Surrey Hills- Stanley Terrace, you'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running a childcare Centre by working closely with the Centre Director. In this role, you will:
Support the day-to-day operations of the Centre
Manage and build relationships with employees, families, and the wider community
Maintain administrative functions
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Champion child safety and positive learning outcomes for every child under our care
In this role, you'll gain the experience and skills necessary to become a successful Centre Director in the future.
