Your new role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational and financial success of a range of projects across new commercial builds. Day to day, you will be accountable for the following:
Manage the efficient and profitable delivery of projects for private and government clients from commencement through to handover
Lead and work collaboratively with the project team
Create and manage the programme and track progress
Procure required project materials and labour to meet project requirements
Ensure projects are under control and completed within timeframe,
