The CE Gardiner and DW Gardiner and JE Gardiner and RM Gardiner Partnership operates three agricultural properties in Western Australia.

They currently require a Sheep Livestock Farmer to join their team in Moora, Western Australia.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of all agricultural plant equipment, vehicles, implements, compressors, pumps, generators, farm accessories etc on the current inventory;
- Maintenance of farm buildings, fences, plant equipment and water supply systems and infrastructure;
- Maintenance of farm records, evaluation and planning of farming activities, monitoring of market activity and planning lamb and crop production accordingly;
- Manage, plan and co-ordinate the sheep stock farming components of the business with reference to breeding, raising, marketing, sale and maintenance of their health and condition;
- Manage, plan and co-ordinate the winter feed crop farming component of the business concerning the planting, cultivating, harvesting, sale and transportation of the crops with due regard for fertilising, pest and weed control;
- Management of business capital, selection, appointment and management of staff and contractors;
- Plan, organise, control, coordinate, perform and be responsible for the overall management function of the sheep farming components of the farming enterprises located at the Moora properties.

To be considered you will need:
- Completion of at least a relevant Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification employment experience OR;
- At least 5 years of employment experience as a Livestock Farmer

This is a full time position working 38 hours per week with an immediate start available. An attractive annual remuneration package is on offer.
