Your Role
WorkPac is looking for a proactive and dedicated Safety Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining best practices in Workplace Health and Safety. You will focus on Pre-employment screening, Journey Management Plans, and Health and Social Care Businesses, ensuring comprehensive worksite risk and hazard assessments. Your responsibilities will also include engaging with internal stakeholders, supporting quality incident investigations, and delivering safety training for regional Healthcare teams, all in alignment with WorkPacs Safety Management System. Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing pre-assignment medical assessments for field team members nationwide.
Assessing automated Journey Management Plans for field team members nationally.
Building and sustaining productive relationships with Healthcare team members and managers as a subject matter expert.
Providing expert advice and support for incident responses and investigations.
Participating in WHS consultation processes, including team meetings.
