About the Role: Our client, a leading organisation in the critical industry sector, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Specialist . Reporting to the Group Cyber Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organisation?s information systems, networks, and data. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation & Training: Develop and deliver staff awareness training, conduct simulation testing, and ensure preparedness against cyber threats.
Monitoring & Safeguards: Oversee protective measures, including vulnerability management, CrowdStrike Sentinel configurations, and cyber-related system configurations.
Cybersecurity Monitoring: Ensure effective monitoring, detection of cyber events, and assessment of their potential impact using tools like Azure Security Center.
Incident Response: Maintain and manage the incident response plan, handle operational incident response, investigation, and recovery.
Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices by integrating the latest in cloud security tools and techniques.
