You will MAKE A DIFFERENCE by partnering with our clients and using data to explain what is happening with their brands and what they should do to improve business performance. Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to develop in-depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth.
Job Description
Customer Success Manager, Analytics & Insights
Engage and build a win/win relationship with clients, where NielsenIQ supports clients in their strategic priorities and clients perceive NielsenIQ as their main data partner
Understand clients’ strategy, needs, business questions and growth opportunities
Generate and deliver impactful insights with actionable recommendations to clients to help them to develop strategies to grow their business
Manage client expectations regarding analytic requirements and commitments to ensure high service level and client satisfaction
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align timelines for delivering analyses, achieving key milestones and desired outcomes
Create and share thought leadership with clients to raise NielsenIQ’s profile and engage with their broader teams
Build strong knowledge about NielsenIQ services and broader FMCG industry, acting as an expert on FMCG trends
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction measured through NPS survey
Support account development via consultative selling
Identify business opportunities with clients and demonstrate how NielsenIQ will be able to address these business needs.
Work with Commercial team to include Service Model elements in contract renewal with clients from the planning stage
Responsible for identifying opportunities through day to day engagement and handling off to Commercial teams for further stages.
Support Commercial teams in client meetings when advanced knowledge is needed to showcase NielsenIQ Capabilities
Revenue Responsibility
Responsible financials wrt to managing client contracts, encouraging renewal of contract and meeting growth revenue target for NielsenIQ Business
Partner with business teams for small and medium size businesses for generting leads and preparing proposals for sales
Qualifications
Years of experience: 3 or more yrs experience with very good knowledge of specific measurement or data analytics tool
Deep awareness of market conditions and client business environment
Strong planning and servicing skills
Experience working with clients to solve business issues
Strong communication/presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design solutions (both standard and non-standard) to answer client business issues.
Consultative skills
Desirable - An understanding of Nielsen Practice portfolio and interconnectedness of the different solutions.
