- Skilled in working with non-verbal clients.
- At least 2 years of experience in the sector, particularly with high-complexity behaviours.
Responsibilities:
- Support the client during community outings.
- Implement behaviour management techniques as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
