About the role:
An opportunity exists for a keen go-getter willing to learn and develop into an Administration/Marketing Officer role. We're looking for a focused and flexible applicant who can adapt to any task - whether that be sales, admin, or marketing.
Key duties include :
Telephone/Reception Duties
Respond within 24 hours to all customer enquiries via phone and email
Maintain high level of customer service
Design and prepare marketing materials
Demonstrate a 'customer first' approach throughout your work and be viewed as a trusted and reliable team member
Provide General Admin support
Other duties include :
Customer Service duties
Assisting with marketing preparation
Other ad hoc administrative duties as needed to assist the team
Skills & Experience Required:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related studies highly regarded
Effective communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task & handle high volumes of requests
Effective time management, organisational and prioritisation skills
High level of computer literacy – MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
