We are looking to employ a Childhood EDUCATOR, preferably DIPLOMA trained, who will be committed to offering high quality Education and care to the children in the Mittagong community.
This is a permanent full time position. The center opening hours are 7am-6pm Monday to Friday
Qualifications required are:
* Diploma of early childhood education and care or
* Working with Children Check
* Training in relation to special needs and inclusion support is desirable
Relevant skills:
* Organise developmental programs for children's learning.
* Organise appropriate resources for children's learning and meets children's learning outcomes by providing experiences through play and learning
* Maintains health and safety and all areas of child protection and supervision.
* Promotes inclusion for children
* Supports and trains less experienced staff
* Supervision of children, junior staff and mentor other educators in the room
* Programming of daily activities.
* Organisation and general management of room.
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
