We are seeking a diligent and high-performing Executive Assistant to join the team at Moranbah North Mine on a full-time, permanent basis with Anglo American. Reporting to the General Manager/SSE, this role will play an essential part in delivering efficient, accurate and timely support to the operations. This role will see you accountable for:
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the General Manager/SSE including calendar management, administration of documents and reports, record management, catering and all other associated administrative tasks.
- Provide a high level of administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by organising travel for SLT, monthly management of meeting processes, and site visits as required.
- Co-ordinate/collate the documentation & distribution of Monthly Reports and yearly Business Plan and other reporting as required for SLT.
- Accountable for the coordination of meetings with detailed and concise minute taking, event management, travel bookings, expense management and other administrative tasks as required.
