Reporting into the National Workshop Manager, the new Workshop Team Leader (?WTL?) will be based at our Notting Hill head office. The WTL is to play a key role in providing direction and technical support to a range of stakeholders. They will carry out maintenance, repair, and testing of customer products and equipment, and conduct presales service work, as well as:
Lead, plan, and organise the workshop and its staff;
Support and backup the Workshop Manager as required;
Provide direction, leadership, technical assistance, and training for technicians;
Assist management to improve quality control, efficiency, profitability, and process improvements for all technicians;
Ensure tools and calibration equipment are well-maintained, calibrated, correctly labelled, and appropriately stored;
Effectively and efficiently maintain, repair, and test products;
Maintain accurate work reports and service records;
