A leading and renowned national Managed Service Provider (MSP) with offices across Australia are seeking a permanent hands-on Technical Support Engineer to join their team. Working from Brisbane, this role will involve delivering helpdesk and onsite support to various customers.
Your new role
Established several years ago to initially service the needs of those across regional NSW, over time this organisation has expanded to support customers all across Australia. Due to being both an advocate for employee wellbeing and for only providing fit for purpose solutions to their clients, this has caused their business to flourish. As such they are seeking to expand their Brisbane-based technical team.
From performing a wide variety of troubleshooting across many technologies, to providing outstanding customer service, some of your day-to-day duties will include:
Liaising directly with key clients
Handling break/fix, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, and hardware repairs
Supporting online and on-prem servers, desktops, and applications
Remote monitoring of PCs, servers, routers, and switches
Travel to and from client locations across Brisbane
Providing exceptional customer service
What you'll need to succeed
You will possess a wealth of experience in Technical Support and be ready for your next career opportunity. Your key competencies will include:
Demonstrated working experience in the Microsoft Eco System (Windows Servers and Desktop OS (such as Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2, Windows 10, etc), Microsoft 365, SCCM etc
Working within the Managed Service Provider Domain
ITIL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Technical mindset
What you'll get in return You will be offered a permanent role with a leading and national Managed Service Provider in Brisbane with great career growth, culture and working practices. Your annual remuneration will fall anywhere between $70,000 - $90,000 + Super, and will be decided based on qualifications and merit.
