We are seeking a full-time Software Engineer to join our Dubbo NSW location. We are looking for a Software Engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experience and a minimum of a bachelor degree in information technology or another relevant field. BenefitsTask & Responsibilities Tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Design and Development: Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions to meet business requirements and technical specifications. This includes collaborating with internal teams to customise, implement, and integrate third-party systems. Data Engineering: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support data analytics and business intelligence, ensuring data accessibility, reliability, and optimisation for performance. Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring integration with MQE’s applications and seamless operation of Salesforce ecosystems. System Evaluation and Consulting: Research, consult, and evaluate system and program needs, identifying deficiencies in existing systems and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation. This includes testing, debugging, and diagnosing errors to maintain system functionality. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects and performance issues, ensuring the reliability and performance of software systems. Documentation: Write, update, and maintain program code, technical documentation, end-user manuals, and operational procedures following quality accredited standards. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Work closely with business units to improve efficiencies and define new features. Stay updated with industry trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. Security Management: Perform forensic analysis, encryption, decryption, and risk identification to safeguard the performance and security of systems throughout the product lifecycle. Project Support and Implementation: Collaborate on various system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, participating in planning, testing, and implementation to meet project objectives within established timelines. Qualification & Experience To successfully apply for this full-time role, you: Must have proven relevant experience of 3 plus years. Will have relevant qualifications or a significant level of relevant experience. Have excellent teamwork and strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Have a passion for management and a strong team player.  Be a self-starter and highly motivated. Be able to multitask within the workplace environment.
