We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Snack Food Process Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the preparation, production, and packaging of our snack food products. This position requires adherence to food safety standards, efficient operation of machinery, and teamwork to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to quality standards.
2. Assist in the mixing, cooking, and preparation of various snack food items according to established recipes.
3. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and products to maintain quality control and adhere to safety regulations.
4. Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring proper labelling and sanitation.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all hygiene and safety guidelines.
6. Record production data accurately and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
7. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.
8. Participate in training sessions and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Previous experience in food production or a manufacturing environment is a plus but we can train.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to stand for extended periods.
2. Capable of lifting up 2-5kgs
3. Comfortable working in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
