Our client requires an experienced Business Unit Manager to join their team.
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Responsible for the establishment, development, consolidation and financial growth of oilfield services across Asia and Pacific. Will lead the sales, growth, profitability, customer service, strategies, operations, and inventory and people management across the region.
Roles & Responsibilities
Set strategical business plans and design the road map to position the company’s services and technologies effectively into the marketplace.
Drive regional sales and profit plans to budget through successful leadership, organizational plans, customer service, and outstanding execution of all field operations.
Lead and direct the different team goals and action plans directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution.
Ensure the company’s technologies and product knowledge are understood by teams.
Ownership of the overall people plan of the area reflects high standards, succession planning, coupled with consistent mentoring and people development.
Experience Required
10+ years experience in oilfield service sales and account management, with expertise in the wireline segment.
5+ years experience in a managerial capacity.
Technical expertise of flow and integrity throughout the well system.
Excellent leadership track record.
Education
Degree educated in an Engineering field.
