DE Employment Services Pty Ltd, hiring for the iconic DOC Espresso and Delicatessen, a renown and reputable Italian restaurant, is now seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. Located centrally, the restaurant is a vibrant hospitality focused venue delivering authentic inspired food and wine.
Broadly, your role will include:
· Staff management – Hiring, training, supervising all front of house employees
· Staff rosters & Budget – Create and maintain weekly rosters for Front of House staff and managing budgets
· Customer Service – Leading the team as the face of the business, serving as a lead for handling customer enquiries and complaints, taking reservations, greeting, and advising customers
· Daily takings – Management of Daily Takings Reports, ensuring accuracy and profitability across all shifts and staff members
· Compliance – ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
The ideal candidate must have:
· A relevant Diploma of Hospitality or Business, plus at least three years’ experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of Italian food and wine
· Management and leaderships skill
· Demonstrated customer focus
