About the role
This is an opportunity for someone to establish themselves in the business while being introduced into mature customer relationships.
You will liaise with customers and draw upon your experience in the metal machining industry to understand their immediate and ongoing requirements and determine if and how Protonautics can satisfy them.
Duties
Focus on maximising our customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction:
• Liaise with our customers to ensure requirements are understood and commitments made are deliverable
• Timely response to RFQs to distil requirements and provide quotations
• Reviewing and responding to purchase orders
• Working with internal stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines
• Analysis and review of profitability of customers and orders
Skills and Experience
Possess a technical mindset in mechanical engineering process sales
Engineering or a mechanical trade background would be an advantage
Have a measurable and tangible sales background
Possess sound commercial acumen with clear written and verbal communication skills
Have an outgoing and professional approach
