Mont Marte International is looking for a DTC Customer Service Supervisor to join our warehouse team based in Murarrie.
You will be required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines every day. You will need to utilise your customer care experience and time management skills to produce results while coordinating varied tasks.

E-Commerce
Pick and Pack all DTC orders, providing customers with their tracking, returns, and refunds as required.
Liaise with Warehouse and logistics providers to ensure quick and efficient shipping and order fulfillment
Develop superior product knowledge to be able to efficiently and effectively assist customers and troubleshoot
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Liaise with customers over a wide range of communication platforms (i.e. email, phone, live chat)
General administrative and admin tasks.
We are looking for:
A positive, bright personality and a 'can-do' attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, problem solve and multi-task
A keen work ethic
Experience using an e-commerce site or used Neto, Gorgias or a similar e-commerce platform would be an advantage.
Have a good level of computer literacy.
A professional and friendly demeanour.
Approach everything with a can-do, problem-solving attitude.
Be able to work both autonomously and within a team.
Strong time management, and organisation skills
Someone that thinks outside of the box! Help us to improve systems and processes to make things more efficient!
Previous experience with eCommerce platforms would be an advantage
Hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 4:00pm
Friday: 8:30am to 3:00pm
