- Cooking and serving food while coordinating with other kitchen staff and wait stuff.
- Maintaining the cleanliness’s and tidiness of the kitchen.
-Ensuring that dishes meet high standards at all stages of preparation and presentation.
-check freshness of food and discard out of date items.
Minimum 2 years experience as a chef in a restaurant. Certificate IV in cookery required.
