About The Role
Due to growth within our Partnership space, an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Partnerships Specialist has become available at our Bundaberg Head Office.
This role is suited for a highly motivated, adaptable individual who is able to provide exceptional customer service while exhibiting high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow suggest scripting when handling partners and their referred clients
Ensure follow up and outbound calls to customers are performed in a timely manner
Keep comprehensive records of all conversations and customer interactions
Remain compliant when opening personal and non-personal accounts (Company, Trust and Business Accounts)
Support the onboarding and management of our partnership relationships
Support our partners and clients with their general maintenance, sales and payment requests
Adhere to process set out by the bank and its partners to achieve the common goal
