Between Horsham and Stawell in western Victoria, positions are available for a Header Operator and a Chaser Bin Driver this harvest season.
You will carry out a daily pre-start and operate modern John Deere machinery to harvest wheat, barley, and canola. Both jobs start in November and go for up to 6 weeks.
Horsham and Stawell are both 30 minutes drive and have everything you need, and on your days off you can visit beautiful natural surroundings in the local area.
YOU NEED
An understanding of grain farming
One full season experience in a John Deere GPS guided header
Or one full season experience pulling a large chaser bin
A manual drivers licence and your own vehicle
Basic Ag machinery mechanical knowledge
Flexibility and initiative
A mobile phone
Effective English communication and teamworking skills
