Location: Halesowen Hours: 37 hours per week Type: Temp (Potential Temp to Perm) Salary: per hour ( with potential Perm salary of 22, - 23,) Role Overview: As a Finance Assistant, you will focus on sales ledger duties, ensuring the college's incoming payments are accurately tracked. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring the sales ledger inbox
Processing sales invoices and credit notes
Tracking outstanding payments and managing the collection process
Preparing financial reports for the management team
Processing debts with debt collection agencies
Assisting with month/year-end financial tasks
