Your new role Ready to join Key Assets as the Workplace Relations specialist? Your key responsibilities include:
Managing non-compliance
Providing industrial advice to the wider HR team
Responding to Fair Work
Working with the Unions
Delivery of training both formal & informal
Writing briefs and formal documentation
What you'll need to succeed Ready to take on this challenge? You'll need prior experience with the SCHADS Award, and be able to provide strong examples of your experience interpreting and using this Award. Industrial relations will be your forte, working with Fair Work and the Ombudsman will be second nature to you. You'll have experience managing non-compliance and bring exceptional problem-solving skills to this role to manage risk for Key Assets. To be considered for this Workplace Relations role, you must hold a Working With Children's Check, Police Check and Driving Licence as well as Covid vaccination. What you'll get in return A newly created role that is ready to be shaped and support the business with critical work. This is a fixed-term contract until June 2025, with a salary of $115k + super + salary packaging.
