The Core Banking Lead Architect is a key role within the Strategy and Architecture team working closely senior stakeholders to lead a team of architects to develop, communicate and maintain the architecture for the Core Banking Modernisation program.
This includes the development of a roadmap that supports phased implementation of the new Core Banking platform with transition states where the new and incumbent platforms co-exist.
The role brings ?outside thinking? based on broad architecture experience in multiple Core Banking modernization initiatives across the industry. You will leverage this experience to provide architecture guidance on best practice and standards as well as provide training and mentoring.
