Working within a collaborative team to achieve desired goals, key responsibilities include designing and implementing ongoing interest-based learning experiences that enhance the childrens learning and enquiry skills, as well as creating and maintaining appropriate learning environments that are stimulating, aesthetically pleasing, and reflect the centres philosophy and current room interests.
