Pacific People Solutions are very pleased to partner with our valued client, Portland Aluminium, to source a Metals (Production) Manager for their aluminium smelting facility based on site in Portland, Victoria. Portland Aluminium Smelter has been operating since , producing 320,000 tonnes of aluminium per year and is the largest employer in the region, with approximately 540 employees. Portland Aluminium is committed to continuously improving their environmental performance by reducing environmental impacts and developing more sustainable operating practices. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of community-based site leadership team and to work closely with their Joint Venture Participants. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and strategic visionary who is capable of resolving customer issues, managing large complex teams whilst being accountable for the safe, efficient and cost-effective operations of the Metals Manufacturing Business Unit.
