Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage ICT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor project progress, managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Essential Criteria:
• Minimum two years of experience in ICT project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Australian Residency, valid Driver’s License, and fluency in English.
Desirable Criteria:
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification) preferred.
• Experience with change management and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of ICT industry trends and technologies.
