Job Title: Production Manager (Mining)
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling all production to meet production timelines.
• Driving process improvements and implementing structured systems to streamline production.
• Resourcing and scheduling – owning and refining the coordination process, requiring a balance between being structure-driven and agile to adapt to change.
• Leading problem-solving initiatives while ensuring all quality standards are adhered to, and deadlines are met.
• Managing quality assurance, with final quality sign-off.
• Leading health and safety practices for the entire workshop team.
Essential Criteria:
• Undermanager Certificate of Competency and Practicing Certificate
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field
• Experience in underground mining processes
• Sound planning and organisational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Follow OH&S procedures
