Job Title: ICT Support Technician
We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide helpdesk support for all users, including administrative and teaching staff as well as students when required.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
• Assist in maintaining hardware and software asset records
• Real-time in-classroom support when required.
• Assist with installing, upgrading and maintaining ICT resources including hardware, software and physical infrastructure.
• Help with new rollouts, software installation and deployment tasks.
• Assist with the maintenance of technical procedure documentation.
• Maintain equipment in a clean and tidy state.
• Monitor classroom sets of laptops / iPads when necessary.
• Monitor desktops, printers, laptops, iPads, etc., for operational failure.
Essential Criteria:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience, confidence, and patience working with users of all skill levels.
• Experience in providing helpdesk and IT system support services.
Desirable Criteria:
• Knowledge of ICT industry trends and technologies.
• Microsoft or Apple certifications.
