They play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of ICT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ICT solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending ICT solutions.
• Develop detailed business cases, functional specifications, and project documentation.
• Work with technical teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Support project planning, execution, and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to drive business decisions and optimize processes.
• Ensure ongoing communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Stay updated on ICT trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Essential Criteria:
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and cloud solutions.
• Australian Residency, valid Driver’s License, and fluency in English.
Desirable Criteria:
• ICT-related certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile, or PRINCE2) preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex ICT environments.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data analytics tools.
