The Physical Security and Facilities teams undertake a mix of proactive and reactive functions, requiring a dynamic approach to how we enable our workforce to achieve their outcomes. We prioritise customer service in accordance with our processes but strive to continuously improve the way in which we support the delivery of ONI business.
