About the Opportunity
Based at Councils Portland Office, the Information Systems Officer roles primary responsibility is to manage and support users by being the IT units first point of contact.
This role will work largely in the IT helpdesk system assisting end users. You will work closely your team members to undertake complex issue diagnoses, aide in finding end user solutions and assist in implementing these solutions across the network. This is a fast-paced environment that has a range of interesting IT problems, that are bound to keep your busy an engaged in all that Council has to offer.
