Your new role
As a Construction Lawyer, you will:
Provide strategic legal advice on contract interpretation and disputes.
Draft special conditions for building contracts and tenders.
Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements.
Offer legal guidance throughout the entire lifecycle of construction projects.
Engage in project consulting and support litigation efforts.
You will work with high-profile clients and participate in significant projects within the Australian construction and infrastructure sector.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
A minimum of 4+ Years PAE in construction and infrastructure law.
A proactive, confident, and strategic approach.
Strong skills in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Experience in providing legal advice on contract interpretation and disputes.
The ability to work independently while excelling in a team setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
