Our client, Nabo’s Woodfire Pizza Pty Ltd, is looking to employ Restaurant Managers in multiple positions across its venue Casanova in Toronto and Honeysuckle. The positions will be on a full-time basis with a salary ranging from 70-80K AUD per annum plus superannuation, which will be negotiable to the right candidate.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
- Control operational costs and identify measures to meet budget
- Undertake all aspects of staff management, including staff rosters
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Ability to estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Be committed to exceeding guest expectations
- Ensuring all staff are adhering to approved work practices and guidelines
- Ability to work closely with the Head Chef to create a team dynamic between BOH and FOH
- Ability to develop and implement menus with the Senior Chef team
- Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
- Review and prepare reports for senior management.
- Drive to succeed and grow within the restaurant group.
To be considered for this role, you should:
- Be willing to relocate if you are interstate or in other cities.
- Be available on both days at weekends and be able to work split shifts.
- A relevant Diploma qualification and at least 2-3 years of employment experience within the hospitality industry
- Have a current RSA certificate
- Customer focused and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
- Display excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills
