NDF AG-Design are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Supply & Distribution Manager to join their team in Narromine NSW 2821.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
- Review existing distribution policies and plans.
- Oversee execution of distribution policies/plans.
- Ensure records are kept of all purchases.
- Monitor storage strategies of goods.
- Negotiating contracts and rates with suppliers for the best price and delivery times to clients.
- Use online systems to track all stock movements
- Re-ordering with suppliers, at optimal times.
- Liaising with Suppliers, Agents and Clients.
- Overseeing bookings and purchase orders.
- Meeting client’s requirements and working under pressure for urgent orders
Skills & Abilities
- Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.
- Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
- Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
- Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
- Time management/organization: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
- Fork Lift licence (essential)
- Car licence (desirable)
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa super commensurate with experience.
