Location: Black & White Espresso
Employment Type: full time 38h/week
Position: Chef Location: Black & White EspressoEmployment Type: full time 38h/weekCHEF REQUIRED at Black & White Espresso Tasks: Develop menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies Quality control: Oversee quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation Discuss food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff demonstrate techniques and advise on cooking procedures Food preparation and cooking food Enforce Safety and Hygiene regulations Select and train staff Freeze and preserve foods Collaboration - maintain open communication with both kitchen and front-ofhouse staff, Foster a collaborative and harmonious working environment between all team members to enhanced the overall dining experience. Qualification AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) With 3 years of work experience
