Reporting into the Service Team Leader, the new Field Service Technician (?FST?) will be based at our Darwin office. The FST is to play a key role in servicing our diverse customers by using their strong technical skills, computer competency, and ability to learn and adapt to our ever-evolving products, as well as:
Maintain, repair, and test Draeger safety products;
Produce work conducted reports for customers;
Prepare detailed quotations for customers;
Maintain accurate service records;
Provide high quality service and support to our customers;
Onsite customer user and maintenance training;
Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and;
Always ensure a safety-first approach.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Formal qualification a maintenance trade discipline or demonstrated relevant experience;
