About Vivi
New to Melbourne, Vivi e Lascia Vivere is an old school Italian pizzeria, restaurant and bar. Operating Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner. Vivi seats 38 pax inside and 38 outside. Offering first rate table service. Vivi also has a growing takeaway service.
Tasks & responsibilities
• Running day and evening operations of restaurant
• rostering front of house staff
• ordering packaging, beverages and cleaning chemicals
• staff training
• manage reservation booking system including Uber Eats and Mr Yum
• Maintain high standards of venue presentation
Qualifications & experience
• at least two years full-time experience in a similar role. A plus for a successful candidate, you will have an understanding of Square programming, people management skills, rostering experience, great communication skills, team building attributes and a love for hospitality.
