FicusBridge Role Overview The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in building awareness and trust for FicusBridge within the aged care industry. This role will focus on positioning FicusBridge as the right partner for care providers' funding management needs, supporting sales efforts through various marketing channels and assets, act as the public relations representative to build long-term relationships with key media contacts and establishing the company and its leadership as thought leaders in the aged care industry. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy and Awareness: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness among aged care facility owners and decision-makers. Manage FicusBridge's owned brand channels, including website and social media platforms to ensure the brand is a first-mover amongst peers. Create and oversee the production, and strategic deployment, of sales materials for prospects and clients. 2. Thought Leadership and PR: Position the CEO, Dr. Tanvi Dalal, as a subject matter expert through various channels. Develop relationships with journalists and secure media appearances (podcasts, print, digital) for company leadership. Create and pitch success stories and customer testimonials to relevant media outlets. 3. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality content including whitepapers, case studies, and website content. Ensure all content aligns with FicusBridge's brand personality and tone of voice guidelines. Ensure all white-labelled content meets partner brand guidelines and all co-branded content represents FicusBridge accurately. 4. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that highlight FicusBridge's competitive advantages over rivals like Mirus. Create targeted marketing campaigns to support direct sales efforts for different tiers of clients through channels like email, SMS etc. 5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the aged care sector. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports on KPIs. 6. Event Planning and Management: Organize and oversee FicusBridge's participation in industry events and conferences. Represent FicusBridge at events and build strong relationships within the industry. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology or healthcare sectors. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Experience in public relations and media relations. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
