To continue our success, we are now recruiting a 12-month full-time fixed-term Customer Service and Aftercare Support to join the team. Working with a like-minded team in a brand that speaks for itself, the role offers variety to keep your days busy and exciting. About the role: Customer Service responsibilities:
Being the first point of contact and providing 5 Star service for all guests who visit the dealership
Help fulfil customer requests, clarify desired information, direct to the appropriate department/staff member and forward requests.
Liaise with the dealership departments to find out who is available to understand if there are any scheduled appointments.
