Loading Dock Coordinator

About the Role
John Flynn Private Hospital has an opportunity for a dedicated person to join our Supply Department, providing coordination, supervision, safety and maintenance to the loading dock at the Hospital.
This role will see the successful candidate be responsible for:
Receiving and storing of stock in relevant locations
Maintaining stock levels in accordance with Hospital purchasing and inventory control policies and procedures
Support all hospital departments by ensuring adequate stock is available as and when required.
Your Essential Skills and Experience
Previous supply / purchasing experience
Experience using SAP / other computerised inventory control system
Proven understanding of AS; handling and storage of sterile stock
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
