About the role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support various teams across the business. This full time role will focus on providing efficient administrative support, managing day-to-day tasks, and contributing to the success of our sales and rental operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
Update systems with incoming and outgoing stock, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Liaise with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and any issues related to sales or rentals.
Handle general office tasks, including filing, updating databases, and supporting internal departments as needed.
Ensure all relevant documents are processed according to company policies and assist with regular reporting and audits.
