The Position
Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the finance function overseeing clerical staff and partnering with operational and senior stakeholders. The duties of the role will include but are not limited to the following:
Month-end close and delivery of management reports
Assist in the preparation of periodic forecasts and annual budgets
Review BoM accuracy and provide recommendations for adjustments
Provide finance business partnering and support operations stakeholders
Variance and performance analysis
3 direct reports
Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies
Provide other ad hoc support as required
Skills & Experience
You are CA/CPA qualified, with excellent written and verbal communication skills posessing previous experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment. You enjoy engaging with stakeholders outside of Finance and across the organisation, allowing you to develop strong professional
